Pipe Cutting Laser

LEAD Laser provides LEAD TVF series pipe laser machine is an all-purpose tube and profile laser cutting machine. It is designed to offer high efficiency during high-speed cutting of thin walled tubes while having all the technology to produce stable and consistent parts in thicker material.

Tube Support System

The pipe cutting laser is equipped with supports for tube, LEADTVF6520 diameter range from 20m to 200mm and LEADTVF6530 diameter range from 20m to 300mm, to reduce the sway of the pipe during the processing, improve the machining accuracy, reduce the deflection of the front and rear chuck and ensure the precision of the clamping;

Cutting Head

It is equipped with a light-weight and robust cutting head for fiber-delivered laser sources (fiber laser, disk laser or direct diode laser). The focus adjustment is adjusted automatically by an integrated capacitive distance sensor, then cutting head will drop down to right position during process. Settings inside head can matched well with rotated axes to make sure finished products accuracy.
