It is widely used in sheet metal processing, automobile manufacturing, engineering machinery and other fields. Its working principle is to transmit a high-power density laser beam through an optical fiber and focus it on the surface of the steel plate, so that the material melts quickly, and at the same time, the molten material is blown away with the help of high-pressure gas, so as to achieve precise cutting of the steel plate.

High Cutting Accuracy
The accuracy of the 8025 fiber laser cutting machine can reach ±0.05mm, which is far higher than traditional mechanical cutting methods (such as plasma cutting, the error is usually more than ±1mm). This is because the diameter of the laser beam it uses is only 0.01mm, the cutting line is finer, the cutting range is smaller, and the unnecessary loss of materials is reduced, making the cutting contour closer to the design drawing.
Fast Cutting Speed
The laser power of the 8025 fiber laser cutting machine can reach 30,000 watts (30kW), and it can cut carbon steel and stainless steel up to 40mm thick at a speed of 2 meters per minute. When processing 10 mm thick stainless steel, the cutting speed can reach up to 6 meters/minute, which is about 30% more efficient than traditional CO₂ laser cutting machines.
