Thin stainless sheet after cutting into specific drawing will be directly used final decoration. So cutting the stainless with film is advanced technology by LEAD LASER machine to make sure finished parts without scratch. Meanwhile for thick material, cutting by nitrogen is normal way. Considering to cost, LEAD LASER machine also allows to cut by Air.

Main Features

1. In order to cut stainless sheet, the machine frame is based on special design to improve high rigidity without any speed reduce during cutting thick stainless metal sheet.In order to deal with stainless with film, the top point of supporting grid is designed in round shape to avoid damage the metal sheet. Also shorten the distance between each grids, so that small parts shall still at the working table without dropping down to scrap car at the bottom of machine tool. At the same time, LEAD laser machine also can provide specific lifting device to protect material surface as an option.
