LEAD LASER LEAD TVF series tube machine special designed to cut Round tube. In our normal life, Round tube is most common which accounts for 40%. We have two types clamping chuck. LEAD TVF 6520 shall cut the pipe diameters from 20mm to 220mm. Similar to laser cutting machine, the pipe wall thickness is limited by laser power. Of course, the machine adopts Raycus laser source and IPG laser source for customer choice.
Remote Control
The remote controller with many function allows the operator control machine without going back to machine panel. It is developed by Friendess Co.,, same brand with CNC controller to receive signal and feedback quickly.
Cutting Head
Adopts Swiss "Raytools" cutting head special designed for pip cutting machine. The nozzle of head is sharp shape so that can cut special profile such as L shape, H type pipe. This machine can do cut, open hole, contour cutting for all types of round, square, rectangular, elliptical tubes of stainless and carbon steel even other metals.
