Durability
The bed of the 5-axis laser machine has been annealed at 950℃ and vibrated for 80 hours, which effectively eliminates welding stress and residual internal stress, so that the overall deformation of the bed is less than 0.01 mm after 20,000 hours of continuous operation, and can withstand more than 25 years of high-intensity industrial production. Traditional mechanical equipment usually adopts ordinary welding structure, and the deformation rate is usually higher than 0.05 mm in long-term high-intensity use, and the life is generally about 9 years.
