Portable Cleaning Head
The metal sheet laser cleaner uses a handheld mobile cleaning head, which weighs only 2.5 kg and is equipped with a 5-meter (customizable 10-meter) optical fiber cable, which supports flexible operation in environments such as long distances or narrow spaces.
High Cleaning Efficiency
The equipment is equipped with a high-power laser source (up to 500W) and a wide-width scanning head (maximum scanning width 80 mm), with a cleaning efficiency of up to 5 square meters/hour, suitable for paint removal, rust removal and decarburization of large-area metal plates.
Efficient Water Cooling System
The machine adopts an industrial-grade water-cooled heat dissipation structure. Through high-flow coolant circulation and large-area heat exchanger design, the temperature of the core part of the laser can be reduced from 60°C to below 30°C within 30 seconds, effectively preventing the laser from overheating and automatically shutting down.
